Refund policy

We want our client’s to be 100% with their purchases however, in case you don’t love your purchase we offer hassle-free return and refund policy.

Returns

Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return – you do not need to provide a reason. You can notify us either by email contact@jenningsandcox.com or you can submit a Returns request through our online portal here.

We can arrange the return on your behalf – all you need to do is provide us with your availability for the item to be collected and we will do the rest – we can even arrange for it to be collected from a different address if needed.

*If you item arrived as a parcel, then we ask that it is repackaged appropriately for its return journey and will request the parcel dimensions from you – we will send you a prepaid returns label which will need to be attached to the parcel.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging where appropriate. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will request photographic proof of any issues as this may be needed to lodge a complaint with the courier company if appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, we have 14 days to inspect the item and issue a refund.  We will notify you when this has happened.

When the return is approved, we will make a refund to the original payment method. 

Please note that unless otherwise agreed (i.e you arrange your own return), there is a charge for returning an item to us which will be deducted from the refund amount as per the grid below. 

We will notify you of any charge applicable upon receipt of a return request.
